Why does the smell come back after I clean my rug at home?

Most home cleaning products and sprays address the surface layer only. How long does odor removal treatment take?

Typically 4–10 business days from pickup to delivery. This covers inspection, organic hand-washing, enzyme bath immersion, controlled flat drying, and a final quality check before we return it. Complete, slow drying is essential — rushing this step can cause mildew to redevelop, so we never cut it short.

Do you use fragrances or masking products?

Never. We do not use perfumed deodorizers, synthetic masking agents, or scented sprays of any kind. Our enzyme treatment destroys the biological source of the odor. When your rug comes back, it won’t smell like lavender or citrus — it will simply smell clean, because the odor molecule itself no longer exists in the fiber.

Do you offer free pickup and delivery for odor removal?
